Los municipios españoles se enfrentan a importantes cambios derivados de la nueva ley de residuos y suelos contaminados para la economía circular, que transpone la directiva europea en esta materia. Conseguirlo será, sin embargo, una complicada tarea para muchos de ellos. Así lo revela un sondeo elaborado por un comité de expertos de CONAMA a 220 municipios sobre alguno de los retos a los que deberán hacer frente. | Summary |
Spanish municipalities face important changes arising from the new law on waste and contaminated soils for the circular economy, which transposes the European directive on this matter. Achieving this, however, will be a complicated task for many of them. This is revealed by a survey carried out by a committee of experts from CONAMA in 220 municipalities on some of the challenges they will have to face.
