Resumen	El «Bosque comestible» es un Sistema Agroforestal (SAF) multiestrato. Es una forma de producir alimentos mezclando árboles frutales, nueces, tubérculos, enredaderas y muchas otras especies juntas, diseñándolo para lograr un sistema agrícola muy productivo.
Summary	The "Edible Forest" is a multi-layered Agroforestry System (AFS). It is a way of producing food by mixing fruit trees, nuts, tubers, vines and many other species together, designed to achieve a very productive agricultural system.
